One partner for estimating, digital planning, fabrication, and installation. Family-owned since 1995, UrbanSource delivers granite, marble, quartz, and natural-stone surfaces for residential, commercial, and multi-unit projects.
Our facilities in North Carolina and Raleigh, NC use CNC machinery, waterjet cutting, digital templating, and controlled material handling to produce precise, efficient, and sustainable countertop packages.
For commercial and multi-unit work, our team coordinates material procurement, shop drawings, submittals, value engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation. Qualified repeat custom builders have a separate seven-day program; commercial scopes are scheduled around the confirmed project requirements.

UrbanSource is structured to support general contractors, developers, architects, and project teams from procurement through closeout. Our commercial work includes multi-unit residences, tenant fit-outs, offices, hotels, restaurants, museums, institutions, and secured facilities.

Our 40,000-square-foot bonded warehouse supports organized inventory and builder-preferred colors. For contracted work, we procure materials ahead of production to protect the schedule.
